No. Zellor works from the video you already have: tutorials, application clips, creator content, UGC.

Two ways. From your own files: go to Videos, click Upload Video, name it, drag the file in or browse for it, choose a thumbnail, then Upload and Save. From social: go to Import from Social, paste up to five TikTok or Instagram URLs, and click Get Videos.

Tagging links a product to the video it appears in, so a customer can buy from the clip. Zellor tags automatically; you can correct anything it gets wrong.

Go to Videos and select a video, open the Products tab, then search for products and add them with the + icon. Remove one with the X beside it.

A row of shoppable videos you can place on a product page, collection page or homepage. Each video can carry product tags with thumbnails and prices that link straight through.

Go to Carousels, click Add Carousel, name it and click Create. Add videos from your library, attach products, preview and reorder them, then copy the Carousel ID and paste it into the Zellor section of your store’s Carousel settings.

Yes. Your brand and product education team edits the voice directly (tone, vocabulary, what to recommend, what it must never say) and sets the guardrails on ingredients and cosmetic claims. Save it, and it’s live.

It answers from your product data and your approved content. If your library doesn’t cover something, it says so and flags the gap rather than filling it.
