What is Zellor?

Zellor allows e-commerce site owners, brands, and distributors to embed video carousels in their online stores, increasing conversion rates.

A shoppable video is an interactive marketing video that allows viewers to purchase products while watching the content. This experience mimics in-store shopping without leaving your website, engaging shoppers when they are most interested in your content.

Shoppable videos turn standard videos into interactive experiences, boosting on-site engagement and conversion rates. Video shoppers convert at least 2-3 times higher than non-video shoppers, as videos answer product questions and influence quicker purchasing decisions. Brands using shoppable videos often see significant sales increases due to the high conversion rates.

Videos increase shopper engagement and time spent on your site. They provide detailed product information and strong social proof, making shoppers more likely to purchase.

Carousels are collections of short videos displayed in online stores. They can show product tags with thumbnails and prices, linking directly to product pages when clicked.

Download the Zellor app from the Shopify Store, click “Sign Up – Free”, enter your details, and create your account

Go to the Zellor website, click “Sign Up – Free”, enter your details, and create your account.

  1. Upload from Local Drive:
    • Go to ‘Videos’ and click ‘Upload Video’.
    • Enter a video name.
    • Select the video file by browsing it or dragging it into the upload field from your folder.
    • Select the thumbnail, then click ‘Upload’ and ‘Save’.
  2. Upload from Social Media:
    • Go to ‘Import from Social’.
    • Enter up to 5 TikTok or Instagram URLs.
    • Click ‘Get Videos’ to import them.

Supported video format: .mp4. If your video is in a different format, use a video converter to change it to .mp4 before uploading.

  • Go to ‘Carousels’ and click ‘Add Carousel’.
  • Name your carousel and click ‘Create’.
  • Add videos by clicking ‘Add video’ and selecting from your library.
  • Preview and reorder videos, and your carousel is ready.

  • Number of videos: Specify how many videos to show.
  • Carousel size: Adjust the size using the slider or enter a value.
  • Show tags: Choose to show or hide product tags.
  • Autoplay videos: Set how many autoplay videos there are.

Tagging associates a product with a video. Clicking a tag takes the user to the product page and makes shopping faster.

  1. Manual:
    • Go to ‘products’ and click ‘new product’.
    • Enter product details, upload an image, and add the product URL.
  2. Automatic:
    • Shopify users can import products automatically; details are explained in the “How does Zellor work with Shopify?” section.
  • Go to ‘Videos’ and select a video.
  • Click on the ‘Products’ tab.
  • Search for and add products by clicking the blue + icon.
  • To remove a product, click the X icon next to it.
  1. Connecting Accounts:
    • Download the Zellor app from the Shopify App Store.
    • Sign in to Zellor; products from Shopify will be imported automatically.
  2. Creating a carousel
    • Click on “Create Carousel” and name it the way you prefer.
    • Add Videos from Instagram or TikTok with the video URL.
    • Add the products that appear in the video straight from your Shopify product list.
  3. Adding it to your page
    • Copy your “Carousel ID”  (ex:7d3aeec1-5ae6-4bb7-b324-6011da6a9ae5_STR)
    • Go to your store page in the Zellor section in the left column
    • Click “Carousel settings” and paste the “Carousel ID” that you just copied in the “Standard Carousel” space

Zellor Analytics provides performance data for your videos. Go to ‘Analytics’ in the portal to view overall and detailed metrics, adjust the time period, and, if using Shopify, see sales data like ‘Add to Cart’ and ‘Successful Checkout’ events.
